Jake Gyllenhaal and Jamie Lee Curtis, two Hollywood stars, spent the Covid-19 pandemic quarantine together. Jamie Lee Curtis, who is Jake's godmother, owns the house next door to her own, where Jake and his girlfriend Jeanne Cadieu stayed for almost a year. Jamie Lee Curtis has been friends with Jake's parents, director Stephen Gyllenhaal and screenwriter Naomi Foner, for a long time.

During their time together, Jake took up bread baking, like many others during the pandemic. He would often entertain the small group by singing, acting, and doing handstands against the wall, even taking his shirt off and putting it back on while doing the handstand. Jamie Lee Curtis revealed that Jake had a particular love for sourdough bread, and made a lot of it during their time together.

Now, even after the pandemic, Jake still loves to make sourdough bread and continues to do so. The two stars were recently at the premiere of Jake's new thriller movie, "The Covenant," directed by Guy Ritchie. The movie also stars Alexander Ludwig, Antony Starr, Bobby Schofield, and Jonny Lee Miller.

It is heartwarming to see how even celebrities can come together during tough times and create a sense of community, supporting each other through it all.
