Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex, has entered into a representation deal with the global entertainment agency WME, according to Variety. The agency will focus on expanding her business ventures in areas such as film and television production, brand partnerships, and more. WME is thrilled to represent Meghan in all areas, and her team will include high-profile talent representatives such as Brad Slater, who represents Dwayne Johnson, and Jill Smoller, who represents Serena Williams. Additionally, Ari Emanuel, CEO of Endeavor, WME's entertainment and sports unit, will also be part of Meghan's representation team.
WME will also represent Archewell, the company founded by Prince Harry and Meghan. Archewell Productions, a subsidiary of the company, has a multi-year production deal with Netflix, which has already resulted in the release of two docuseries: "Harry & Meghan," which provides their point of view on their life in the British royal family, and "Live to Lead," which features interviews with leaders in various fields.
Archewell Audio, another subsidiary of Archewell, has partnered with Spotify and has released an original podcast series called "Archetypes." With Meghan's new representation deal with WME, it is clear that she is determined to continue expanding her business ventures and making her mark in the entertainment industry.
