With a target of generating 3.4 trillion baht in tourism revenue next year, the Thai administration is leaving no stone unturned in its pursuit of revitalizing the tourism sector. In a recent meeting with top executives from leading companies including Agoda, Grab Holdings Ltd., Marriott International Inc., and InterContinental Hotels Group Plc, Prime Minister Paetongtarn outlined key strategies and initiatives for the year 2025.

Renowned for its vibrant nightlife, pristine beaches, and breathtaking national parks, Thailand is gearing up to launch an extensive campaign aimed at showcasing the country's rich cultural heritage, hidden gems, and a myriad of must-try experiences. Jirayu Houngsub, adviser to the prime minister, emphasized the importance of promoting lesser-known tourist destinations to offer visitors a more diverse and authentic Thai experience.

In addition to attracting international tourists, the government is focused on boosting domestic tourism, with a projected 205 million domestic trips expected to take place next year. Prime Minister Paetongtarn has stressed the need for enhanced flight connectivity and increased capacity to ensure seamless travel access for visitors from around the globe, further solidifying Thailand's position as a premier tourist destination in the region.
