Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) has strongly condemned the disrespectful behavior of a small group of fans towards two of its star players, Neymar Jr. and Lionel Messi. Videos have surfaced on social media showing a group of fans gathered outside Neymar's house chanting derogatory comments and demanding him to leave the club. Meanwhile, fans gathered outside the PSG headquarters directed less-than-flattering chants towards Messi.

The situation has been exacerbated by Messi's recent suspension for two weeks after he took an unauthorized trip away from the team to conduct personal business. The Argentinian missed Monday's training session to attend promotional events in Saudi Arabia, according to club sources. With multiple reports suggesting he may not stay at the Parisian club, the incident has further increased tensions among the club's supporters.

Despite the team's star-studded squad, which includes the likes of Messi, Neymar Jr., and Kylian Mbappé, PSG has struggled to achieve its primary ambition of winning the Champions League, suffering numerous calamitous exits from the competition. Neymar has played just 20 times for PSG in the French league this season, scoring 13 times, before being ruled out for the rest of the season due to an ankle injury. Meanwhile, Messi led Argentina to victory over France in the 2022 World Cup.

In a statement, PSG strongly condemned the fans' behavior, stating that "whatever the differences of opinion, nothing justifies such actions." The club expressed its full support for its players, staff, and all those affected by such shameful behavior. Despite the recent incidents, PSG is still considered one of the top football clubs in the world and is expected to continue competing at the highest level.
