Beyoncé set to mesmerize London audience with her Renaissance world tour. The singer kicked off her UK tour last week in Cardiff and then moved onto Edinburgh and Sunderland, with fans referring to the shows as "mind-blowing, memorable moment." The pop superstar, who will perform for five nights at London's Tottenham Hotspur Stadium from May 29 to June 4, has been praised for delivering powerful renditions of classic songs, including "Crazy In Love," "Run The World (Girls)," "Partition," and "Love On Top," as well as fan favorites from her latest album, "Renaissance", such as "Alien Superstar" and "Cuff It."
During her Paris show on Friday, Beyoncé paid a heartfelt tribute to Tina Turner and paused her performance at the Stade De France to remember the late singer. She honored the American-Swiss star, saying that she "wouldn't be on this stage" if it was not for Tina Turner. Beyoncé also reminisced about their Grammy duet in 2008 where they performed a rendition of Turner's iconic hit song, "Proud Mary," in sparkly outfits, mirroring each other's choreography.
As expected from Beyoncé, the Renaissance world tour features stunning choreography paired with theatrics, including steam machines, laser lights, pyrotechnics, and video projections. The popstar also made several extravagant outfit changes, with many of them featuring a metallic silver tone that glistened under the spotlights.
The Renaissance world tour is Beyoncé's first in seven years, and Forbes magazine previously estimated that it could earn her more than £1.6 billion. With the remaining London shows set to captivate audiences, it is clear that Beyoncé still reigns supreme as a pop superstar and an iconic performer.
