President Volodymyr Zelensky made a working trip to the Zaporizhzhia region, during which he visited the front-line positions of the Ukrainian military and held a meeting with the military command and heads of law enforcement agencies in the region. The President familiarized himself with the work of the operational grouping of troops (OGT) command post in Zaporizhzhia and presented state awards to the servicemen.
The meeting also included discussions on the socio-economic situation in the region and the needs of internally displaced persons. The commander of the OGT in Zaporizhzhia reported on the operational situation and the readiness of the military to carry out tasks, while the leadership of the Security Service of Ukraine and the National Police in the region presented information about their work.
